If a company breaks thousands of their products with a bad update that can become a reality. to the tech reading this ticket, if your manager or higher ups ask you why this is important use the words "class action lawsuit". If that is true, then logitech just has to work with Blue and build a way to push that rollback to all the yeti (classic) out there that are now only being seen as a "USB Advanced audio device". I think this could be easily solved is someone at Logitech could confirm that "yes, g hub did push a firmware update to the yeti (classic) microphones" cause then we just need to roll back that firmware and it should fix things. With the rise of racing games all around the globe, Logitech has launched its famous GT Driver peripheral. I already have ghub installed because of other peripherals I use. My microphone is also broken now but it was because of a firmware update that I downloaded and installed through the Blue "Sherpa" applications only a month or two PRIOR to Blue handing over control to Logitech. I checked blue site, and it appears my yeti is compatible, as it just shows every style of yeti and says the 'yeti family'.
I hate to point this out because I know it will leading to just pushing blame but I don't think this is a G hub / Logitech issue. I will go over TWO Methods to fix the problem and hopefully one will work for. The support being provided here seems to be pretty sporadic which is really sad for a hundred dollar product.
